EI Capability Assessment™
This is an assessment instrument for use in identifying the strengths of individuals against the eighteen Emotional Intelligence competencies. Its basis is a self assessment and an option of 360° feedback (recommended). A report is provided to the individuals on their capability across all of the competencies and elements. When 360° feedback is included, appropriate processes need to be followed in communicating this information. This then forms the basis of a development action plan for the individual. Where this tool is used with a number of people in an organisation, the data can be collated to show the areas of strong capability within the organisation, and the areas which collectively require development.
