EI Leadership Styles Assessment™

This is a self assessment tool for use in identifying the development needs of individuals against the six leadership styles. It also has a section dedicated to 360° feedback. A report is provided to the individuals on the leadership styles that they use the most and/or the least. When 360° feedback is included, appropriate processes are followed in communicating this information. When this tool is used in conjunction with the EI Capability Assessment ™, we can identify any development needs required in the Emotional Intelligence competencies that underpin those Leadership styles. This enables us to develop a development program that addresses the foundations required for good leaders.
