Founder:

As the founder of mætrîx, Malcolm Lazenby brings over 18 years experience as a leader and manager with recognised expertise and enthusiasm in transforming the way people work together.   His experience and success in:

• defining the strategic direction of the organisation

• transforming organisational leadership

• developing people performance through building and strengthening relationships

• leading and implementing change

has helped his clients to achieve their business performance objectives.

He is currently working with some of Australia’s leading companies in the areas of emotional intelligence in leadership, customer relationships and the customer experience, and transformational change in individuals.

 Malcolm is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and an Associate Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI). He was a Regional Councillor for AHRI from 1996- 2003. He is an assessor for AHRI’s “Excellence in People Management” Awards (1998-2003).  He is a member of the Tasmania Committee, which promotes  Tasmania's business community achievements. His tertiary qualifications include Human Resources Management (Monash University) and Education (University of Tasmania).
